Great place to work with smart colleagues, thoughtful leadership, strong work–life balance, and a clear long-term vision with the drive to execute.

Cons

Compensation is lower than competitors since the company is no longer public, and there are no stock options as of Feb 2026. While some options were offered initially, they’re minimal compared to the ESOPs Poshmark’s founding team granted employees.
