Lack of effective communication and organization, leadership team behaves as a high school “clique,” unethical practices overlooked, employees are only praised for billing on time and taking on extra clients (not for quality of work or client outcomes), marketing team promotes autism acceptance without any actual actions to support autistics, no pay or reimbursement for session materials or indirect work, benefits are difficult to acquire, no onboarding or training, glitchy and slow system for data collection and billing, high turnover rate of BCBAs and RBTs, all fluff and no sustenance.
