Pros

PBS allows you autonamy to conduct your sessions and assessments. PBS May have a template for their BIPs but they make everything extremely easy for you. I also love that no one is constantly calling me over the phone or harassing me to complete an assessment in less than a week’s time. PBS understands having a work-life balance.

Cons

You get no training unless you continually advocate for it (in some counties). They could compensate a little better but it is worth it if you’re on salary and get paid leave time and holidays.
