      Each BCBA has there own "flare" to add to each case, unfortunately some are not able to handle the caseload and don't spend equally enough time with each kiddo

      -Established ABA company with high credibility -Good management and supervision (depending on assignment) -Structured scheduling -Social media type site for employees

      Cons

      -With all ABA companies, the work can be grueling. It can be feast of famine, with tons of cancellations in the holiday breaks, -I had an horrible BCBA but luckily management was able to work with me. -High turnover. The original admin team that hired me was gone by the time I transitioned.
