- client progress - relocation

Cons

- lack of communication - some supervisors are not as involved as they should be - rate of pay (e.g., my pay rate decreased after relocating to a state where the minimum wage is higher) - drive time reimbursement time entry sometimes does not work - not paid for supporting clients who are bilingual

Pros

Flexible, laidback, great supervisors, connect directly to parents

Cons

Too laidback where no connections with office or hr department (although you can reach them through emails). Their support system that submits tickets/problem is frustrating as it don’t work so I have to email them anyway. Said they’ll pay we a certain wage before I took the offer but actually paid me a dollar less. Have to work over 25hrs to get quarterly bonuses (clients canceled often so I didn’t meet that 25 hours although I am scheduled over it).
