*create own schedule *Able to make decisions if a client is a good fit out not *flexibility *No high pressure from corporate *Room for improvement *Able to move up and get higher degrees such as BCaBA or BCBA

Cons

Trying to build your clientele takes a while. If you're able to be flexible you can work your way to full time. You have directors that help with building your schedule and clientele. It can take anywhere from a week to 4 months to build that up.

Focused only on growth and money. Overwork employees, expecting them to work 60+ hours a week for below industry standard salaries. Make endless empty promises to get people to do extra, and never fulfill promises.
