Pros

Great colleagues. Data collection system has improved a lot. BIPS are moderately easy to complete.

Cons

Clients are too spread out. Sharepoint sometimes has glitches and you can't get to data or email. Sometimes this last for hours or days at a time. Seems to be improving somewhat. United Healthcare is terrible. The amount of vacation and sick PTO is really low.

What has truly stood out during my time here is the unwavering support and mentorship from my team and supervisors. From day one, I’ve had supervisors who not only encouraged me to challenge myself but also provided the guidance and tools I needed to succeed. They consistently pushed me to do my best and helped me navigate each transition, ensuring I was always learning and growing. The culture at PBS is one of teamwork and collaboration, and I’ve always felt like I had a strong support system behind me. Whether it was learning the ins and outs of HR or developing new skills as a staffing specialist, I’ve always felt like my growth was prioritized, and I was given the space to flourish.
