      Pros

      Very mission-driven and positive culture! Leadership teams are awesome and there are lots of opportunity for professional growth and development within the company in all departments. Everyone is a joy to work with and very passionate about what they do. Work/life balance is great as well.

      The company works with your schedule: you can work from 4-25+ hours a week.

      Cons

      There's a lot of driving involved from client to client, and if you're seeing one client at a time, you don't get reimbursed for mileage.
