This company starts out strong with a unique type of therapy and mission to serve children.

Cons

However, as a potential employee, the contracting process was sloppy and unorganized and even once signed, communication was poor and they did not wait until the start date to begin credentialing. They do not respect, or pay attention to, boundaries, and do not tolerate feedback or self advocacy. I quit before I even started.

Pros

Therapy services are a great option for many families with children diagnosed with autism. Sessions are play-based and less "sterile" than ABA. The clinical director was amazing and very supportive.

Cons

Culture has become toxic over the last year - not for front-line staff but for the teams that are supporting them. Upper management is unkind, disrespectful and clicky.
