It's rare in organizations that every team member believes in the vision and in delivering the highest quality of services, but that is what I see at Positive Development. Open and honest communication is always encouraged and each team member is respected as a valued part of a team. Together, we make a tremendous impact on families lives and it's an honor to be a part of it!

As a new organization, we are still in the process of solidifying all of our systems and adding talented, passionate, and authentic members to our team. This will always be a work in progress, but thankful it's always a collaborative process!
