      Pros

      The clinical work performed is impactful and meaningful.

      Cons

      Over the last year, the culture has shifted drastically. The executive team does not care about anyone that is not on the executive team. They only care about making money and profit and fired countless people because of it. Very little HONEST communication from leadership to employees. High pressure, low reward.

      Pros

      Incredibly kind and helpful supervisors who provided a great support system. I never felt like help was out of reach. In-depth training was provided before I began work, and helpful feedback was given as I began to work with clients. The relationship-based therapeutic approach implemented by Positive Development allowed for genuine interactions and connections with clients.

      Cons

      Not so much a fault of Positive Development, but making scheduling work for your desired weekly hours of work can be difficult.
