Pay and some benefits. That's all.

Cons

Everything except pay. Long hours with short breaks. Bad supervisors. Supervisors care more about sports than they do about getting job done. They don't know how's to do the job. No training and training head been here long long time and should have been gone long ago or made to do the job. Bad environment.

New Management in IT does not have a clue what they are doing, They only want yes man working for them and dont care about how much experience you have or what you bring to the table.
