Pros

I worked a lot of hours, mostly by choice. So checks were great! HR was always kind and helpful. Alot of management were down to earth and would work with you.

Cons

Some people who were there a long time got away with putting all the work on others. When brought up it was never dealt with. The mandatory hours aren't for the weak.

The pay is great. I can’t say anything else good about it

Cons

HR is non existent. Union folks coast by on seniority and don’t do the work. Buddy systems in place to prevent success. Management is literally garbage. Turnover rate is absurd. You will have stress and uncomfortable situations daily. You will hate getting in your car to drive to work everyday. You will be looking for a new job within 3-6 months. Every place has its issues but POST has more drama and issues than the largest social media platform. Zero accountability, structure, discipline and no basic standards for most practices. Need I go on?
