Pros

Good time to join PCB. Better leadership and business performance. Major new acquisition and expansion into pet food. Lots of opportunities for new talent.

Cons

Lakeville campus is on the southern outskirts of Twin Cities metro - may be inconvenient for some.

Thanks so much for your response. Indeed, there are many changes with the acquisition of pet brands from JM Smucker. While change can be challenging, we are excited about the career opportunities this acquisition will bring and continued opportunities to learn new things. We appreciate your feedback!

Pros

Its a good place to work , with some good coworkers. Maintenance team is strong and a great group to work beside. The pay is decent , and on scale. Shop supervisor was great to work under.

Cons

This is a PLC driven place. Although not directly affecting a millwright- on afternoon and midnight shifts, your electrician has no PLC access. Diagnosing a fault sometimes for hours which could of been found in 10 minutes with a laptop and some PLC access. The downtime isn’t a big deal I guess as long as you got your beard net on. 2 year vesting for pension is way to long.
