Pros

You can make a lot of money there.

Cons

112 hrs a week at times. I had over 2000 hours of over time in one year.( and you will be forced to work the hours or you will take points) Then when you want to take a day off you are going to get points. NO COMPASSION

Pros

free cereal, coworkers, free water, free coffee, free parking in the lot

Cons

Impossible to achieve their unrealistic expectations for all employees. Good luck getting any promotion now that Howard is in charge.

Pros

Very engaging team environment, lots of fun training offsite and team building events, fair pay scale, fair vacation time and paid emergency days, bonuses, yummy cereal.

Cons

Some older unionized workers who complain a lot and think they are entitled, just went through a lot of big changes to fast wasn’t prepared enough. Newly hired production workers need a higher starting pay in my opinion. High turn over rate on new hires.
