Alot of overtime

Pros

Good money and good benefits

Cons

You dont have a chance to enjoy life or raise a family. 7 days a week with mandatory 12s as a result of poor scheduling and production management. Employees are happier when they have time to spend with friends or family and obtain enough rest. Better management results in lower costs ( overtime) especially master sanitation. People perform better when rested and are in a healthy state of mind. Mostly everyone I have known throughout the years are tired every day being forced in or forced over having to miss doctors appointments and what ever else may be also important in their lives and are forced to take attendance points or get fmla in order to accomplish lifes other duties.
