Before deciding to join Postscript, I thought the reviews here and in other places had to be exaggerated. Spoiler Alert: They aren't! Some of my favorite things include: - ability to be honest about mistakes without judgment - remote culture is straight FIRE and i feel i have actual friends - a lot of cross-departmental collaboration - constantly growing and evolving - very receptive to feedback - approachable CoFos
Cons
You've gotta be okay with the constant change and fast-paced environment of a start up. No one is here to hold your hand either, so it's expected you are a self-starter that is disciplined.
