Pros

Decent hourly rate for the required experience level. Medical Benefits for hourly/part-time employment.

Cons

Schedule is inconsistent and not very flexible due to high turn-over rate and the need for the role to be covered 24x7x365. Schedule, shift length and assigned shift changes happen routinely. There is unwillingness to for remote or hybrid employment.
