Dead end job but has some decent benefits

Pros

Free Healthcare, not excessive work loads

Cons

Dealing with customers. People. Office Politics. Corruption. They would rather hire someone they know than a qualified person. Local utility union employees treat you like garbage because your a contractor.

Pros

Excellent pay and medical benefits.

Cons

"Good Ol Boys Club" is fully alive and well. They seriously lack the ability to train new employees, it's just sink or swim. Cut-Throat office politics and back-stabbing co-workers make it a miserable place to work.

Pros

The salary was good for the work and they paid 100% of your healthcare.

Cons

Work environment was horrible. There was extreme micro-managing going on. If you were just a few minutes late to work for a traffic jam or something you got a stern talking to. They would pay attention to when people went to the restroom and see how long they were in there. It was just terrible.
