Great Culture - Limited Mobility

Pros

The people are spectacular. The job is fairly simple and there are plenty of people to help when you're struggling.

Cons

Mostly just PGE. Their standards are always changing and it's tough to keep up with everything that's new when you've just only mastered the old way when something different is being thrown at you.
