Pros

There were some genuinely cool people that worked at the company, and (if management likes you) your work schedule can be pretty flexible.

Cons

There was no HR action on a bad faith PIP that was designed to drive me out, I was fired in retaliation when I went to leadership for help, you will have no one looking out for you.
