Pros

In my 30 year sales career both as a salesperson and sales leader (all the way up to the VP of Sales level in the medical device industry), have I ever experienced such intense and focused training like the program installed at PHRG. The training is hard- the work is relevant, and hours are grueling... That being said, the time is well spent and rewarded when you understand, follow and believe in the process... income is unlimited. During my interview I was told clear and honest details about salary and commitment- they suggested $75K year one was realistic. I think if I stayed I would have made $150K... Even though my time at PHGR was short, I take away an amazing culture and education that I will happily borrow and tweak for many years to come- as I was recently offered a position as the National Director Sales and Marketing leader for a global medical device kit/manufacturing company. I met an amazing group at PHRG (TEAM PLAYERS) who contributed to a culture of making each other better through admitting ones weakness and then attacking them with their peers and mentors help. Failure is not an option as every employee is committed to making others around them better. I worked out of the CT office for 6 weeks. (not long by any means). I sold 7 of 15 opportunities because of my training and pre-qualified leads. Success starts at the top with Tim Federowicz (RVP of CT). I have never worked for such a dynamic, inspirational and honest leader before. I will emulate him and his style in my next role and consider him and the entire PHRG CT team my life long friends. His team- Sean Keely (marketing director) and mentors are topnotch. The sales and marketing guys/gals rock!! Highlights: - Team culture - Intense, detailed and well planned out training (rivals Enterprise Rental & Xerox) - Achievement reward culture- work hard the dollars follow - Work hard play hard - Lots of upward advancement (actually encouraged) - Big company with family mentality - Employee is truly first- if employee is happy, customer will be serviced like they are #1 - Great co workers - Great benefits The only reason I left was to take on a position as Director of Sales and Marketing (Global) for a company that a have know for 10+ years and at my age of 49, its was the right move for my family and my with career path and work schedule/family live balance (home based)

Cons

There is only one con, but it is real- This is not a 9-5 job- plan on long days (up to 7 days a week), starting at 8am - ending at midnight (not everyday, but it is possible). Work balance family is a challenge if your older or are married with children. Disclaimer- you do get Friday nights off after you achieve $1MM in sales and Saturdays off after $3MM in sales
