The sense of total professional support is truly amazing. I never feel like I'm alone or flying solo. I have a unique perspective as I am much older than my colleagues, in some cases by twenty years. There were butterflies in my stomach the first day when I noticed the difference in ages, but everyone has been extremely welcoming, supportive, and generous with their time and help, especially with tech issues, which can sometimes trip up middle aged folks like me. There is an atmosphere of everyone being vested in the your individual success as well as the overall group...I haven't had a question go unanswered or a concern un-addressed to date. The dynamic feels invigorating and exciting. I drive to work each day smiling.
