Pros

Power provides an environment for consistent and rapid growth challenging a persons comfort zone and current abilities. Power has given the young professional and the sales industry a true place to have a career. Those with little direction and untapped potential can find a home here. There is a clear blueprint/ formula that makes this company tick and that has made me found success. -The company is completely merit based. How hard you work is how much you are worth. The intangibles of true hard work, communication, drive and teamwork that may not fully be instilled at college are certainly added to the persons character at Power. With this focus rapid growth tends to occur if you want it. -This is not a cut-throat sales position. Everyone can eat, in fact its encouraged to help those to the left and right. The atmosphere is pumped with this untouched energy and enthusiasm to be the best. The idea of work hard play hard really holds True at power. A people first attitude breeds fun and incentives. Power people have an edge on other remodeling companies. If you are looking for the best tools and innovation, Power is cutting edge with products and instruments for presenting information. They are constantly looking for ways to differentiate from a troubled industry. A different product or method is usually presented to the employees every quarter. Earning potential is very good. Many ways to make money and grows with time. Commissions are high for the industry from what Ive seen Managers are home-grown. They know the business from the ground up. More importantly players are made coaches. The managers have been in every single problem and scenario a sales consultant will face and therefore can provide precise and rapid advice. It is hard not to develop as a person when every day you are being challenged and forced to learn from failure and success.

Cons

the hours can be challenging but then again anyone making 6 figures works more than most

Pros

Highly rewarding! You certainly get what you put into this job. Your potential as far as salary and growth are unlimited. The training will push your sales aptitude through the roof. Most importantly, the close knit family of coworkers will not let you fall if you put in the effort.

Cons

This career takes discipline and dedication. Some people struggle to balance their personal life with the work. However, the time you put into it comes back ten fold.

Pros

Umm, let me think. Well there was - Oh wait, that's also a con

Cons

The whole thing is a joke. You have to pay for more insurance and your own gas, and no one wants to buy the product. I can't believe this place is even able to keep acquiring new leads. What kind of people even answer the door for a complete stranger, let alone agree to an appointment for a windows estimate? It's ridiculous. You might close 1 or 2 deals a week if you're lucky. Bottom line, salesmen make NO MONEY doing this. It's a pyramid scheme, plain and simple.
