Pros

This is the first company that every person I spoke to said they were happy to work for. Everyone is always very helpful in not only aiding you, but also making you a better employee and a better person. I felt welcome from day one, and I feel fully supported in my role. It's easy to interact with leadership staff, convey ideas, and discuss changes and suggestions. Power genuinely cares about its employees! This really is the best company I have ever worked for and I am really glad to be working at Power.
