Pros

Did get to see any pros.

Cons

I was offered a job at Power. In the offer letter there was a phone number and email to contact if I had questions. I had questions, and they never responded after numerous calls, voicemails, and emails in the 3 week period leading up to the start date. After a tough interview process is completed, the recruiting center line never has anyone available to answer the phone, and the voicemails are useless, because they do not call back. There is no communication with this company, which was disheartening after how much each representative oversold the companies philosophy on leading others when they can't lead someone into the job.

Supportive team. Good training program for those with no sales experience because they tell you EXACTLY what to say

Cons

No job satisfaction with selling windows. Always on call. Come home 10pm-12am most nights
