Pros

You can make great money here, while also working alongside some incredible people. They have very thoughtful, and intentional benefits. It's a true Work Hard, Play Hard company.

Cons

The only con I can think of, is that when you first start off, you may be working more than you'd like. However that changes quickly.

Pros

The company promotes a positive work environment by supporting work-life balance and providing PTO for employees to maintain their well-being. Team members consistently show respect toward one another, which strengthens collaboration and morale. Employee engagement is also encouraged through work events that help build connection across the team.

Cons

The bonus structure does not feel equitable, as it includes factors employees cannot control despite their performance. There is also very limited room for advancement within the department, and a lack of clear, individualized goals from management to help employees grow and reach the next level.
