Quick to fire

Pros

The cafeteria downstairs made decent food.

Cons

One day they are telling you, you're doing a great job the next they fire without any warning. They pick and choose who they make exceptions for. Especially the management on the 6th floor.

Pros

There are no pros besides getting your own laptop and working from home

Cons

Pay is not worth it. It’s like highschool to move up you have to kiss butt and persuade and trick people into getting estimates. Fake smiles and fake happiness around the office. Minimum room of advancement. They have no values or morals. There’s no diversity even though they claim that they do. I haven’t seen anyone in higher that wasn’t white.

Pros

You can make good money if you are in the top 1%.

Cons

You solicit in areas where it is clearly stated there is no soliciting. This makes people very angry at you, and the company leaders say the company is actually in the right for some reason (I actually believed them for a while). You must follow a script which is sometimes designed to withhold information from the potential customers. For example, if they ask how much it costs, we were trained to say we don't know, just let the expert come over to give you a free estimate. Or, if they ask how long the free estimate takes, we say "oh it depends, but it shouldn't take all day"... when we know the "free estimate" is actually a high-pressure sales pitch that delves into every detail about our products and will go on for 2-3 hours if the homeowners don't kick the salesman out before then. To succeed you need to be friendly but pushy, and be okay with misleading people.
