Pros
They treat their employees really well. They provide a good amount of time off. They genuinely will help you succeed within the system they have.
Cons
The sales script is full of half-truths, which are essentially lies. They deflect from customer questions rather than answering them outright and tell a version of the truth that leaves out uncomfortable details. Also in order to get your sales bonuses, you essentially have to work overtime and that's the only way to make a livable wage.
