Pros
The team building and overall atmosphere of the working environment was fun. Great for recent college grads or those looking for a position that doesn't necessarily require a college degree. While I certainly would never choose to work there again, the experience has benefited me throughout my career.
Cons
The 2.5hrs of scripted material required per appointment was entirely male driven and motivated. Appointments are pre-selected based on your sales history, despite what they tell you. Terrible work hours if you are in sales.
