Pros

The training is exceptional, the culture is wolf of Wall Street like, which is great for sales development.

Cons

It’s MLM at the core. The pay is wildly misleading and you are promised the world. The process used is very predatory, although when in the mix they do a good job at creating product conviction which makes you feel morally in the right.

Pros

- The love is real: Power genuinely cares about its employees, and that care takes many forms: good pay, good benefits, strong support for diverse groups/initiatives, lots of percs/functions, etc. - Career mobility: once you're in the door, if you're willing to work hard, you have real opportunities to learn new skills and maximize your earning potential. - Build-don't-buy: we're always working on building new, usable tech instead of buying the latest products. As a result, in a tech role, you have the opportunity to work on interesting problems that are usually solved by other software companies' products; as a non-tech employee, you'll get a consistent user/working experience that won't be changed unless it's in your best interest.

Cons

- It's a sales company, so there aren't many observed holidays other than a few required federal holidays. Generous PTO to make up for it, but you will use it... or lose it (no buy-back options either). - Build-don't-buy: sometimes the tech tools you must use are less performant than industry standard products, because they're built in-house rather than bought.
