Pros

They have a well structured bureaucratic system

Cons

They do not care about their employees. I told my manager I could not afford basic things like food in my third week without a paycheck and he did not offer me any help. I showed up to work on time every day and out performed their metrics all while starving, and they still fired me the first mistake I made. I was so hungry my first three weeks… There are many other times they treated me terribly in the two months i worked there, but I recommend you do not work here. They are a bunch of door knockers who scam

Pros

Really teaches you what to not look for in a job.

Cons

Door to door down here in the south is dangerous. Expect to deal with angry homeowners and occasionally the police as well.

Pros

The place had a decent atmosphere and gave you pretty solid BDR/Sales training if you hadn't had any before. The training was tough but working here definitely put me ahead of a lot of other BDR's at future jobs.

Cons

A lot, the base pay was unlivable to say the least, if you fell below numbers for 3 weeks in a row at any given point, you were on a Performance Improvement Plan and that was 2 weeks. So even if you were the top performer all it took was 5 bad weeks and they would fire you. Also all you work meetings and goal setting and stuff has to happen outside work hours. so on top of working every other Saturday (44 hour work week standard) they would have you come in early or stay late for meetings because they didnt want you using selling time for stuff like work meetings. They often encourage team leaders to have little gatherings at their homes to buy food and goal set and they were basically mandatory. Definitely just a place who knew the numbers of people it took to get the number of appointments they need to get the sales they need so you started feeling like just a number pretty quick. They also are a place that will dangle the "Sales" carrot in front of you but not really have the ability to promote you. After 9 months I realized there were guys way better at my job than me who had been there for years and were still not promoted and others were. It was like 50% favoritism and 50% merit based.
