Pros

Professional but family like atmosphere at a solar contracting firm that really does care about quality and the needs of their clients. Autonomy, flexibility, creativity and constant change/improvements are some broad descriptors of the project management role at PPM. The owners are good listeners and always looking to improve their offering.

Cons

There is sometimes a lack in structure and defined roles, which can be expected in the growth based environment of a smaller company. It can be difficult to take time off with lots of responsibility.

- Owners are passionate about the business - Solar is an exciting industry that is rapidly expanding - You're given a high level of responsibility right out of college - Owners encourage new ideas for both internal operations and commercial growth - You develop a broad skill set

Cons

- Everyone is a critical part of the PPM team, so not a good company for people looking to skate by
