Great place to be for young, unskilled people, not for experienced professionals.

Pros

Business is growing rapidly, pay is great for young people with no skills, and benefits are very good. If you are a young person who is happy to work overtime and get a steady paycheck and don’t mind working in a dysfunctional environment then this is the place for you. They like to promote from within so there may be advancement opportunities for you if you stay long enough.

Cons

The company as a whole is very poorly managed by incompetent people. This is not the place to be for educated and experienced professionals. Concerns raised are largely ignored by management or are solved by creating other problems to replace the original problem. If you have over 5 years of experience and have special skills, look elsewhere.
