good coworkers, can learn a lot, hands on work

upper management cannot even lead a single project let alone entire programs.., incessant finger pointing within and between departments

Pros

Great benefits. There are some employees there who are really smart and will go out of their way to help you. The CFO genuinely cares about the company and it's employees. The company has the potential to be profitable.

Cons

The executive leadership leaves something to be desired. Recently some members of leadership asked employees to create false reviews to increase the Company's rating on Glassdoor. The company allows certain leaders (like Dino) to bully employees. His behavior is tolerated for whatever reason. He yells at screams at employees just to get his way.
