1. The culture is wonderful. Very open, engaging and encouraging. 2. The people are great. PowerPlan is full of intelligent, professional people who care deeply about the company, the products and its success. A lot of great collaboration and eagerness to help others. 3. The trajectory of the company is exciting. Expected launch of many new products and eye on the future with cloud-based solutions means continued growth.

Cons

1. With so many new products in development, there are growing pains. But once we get over the hump, it should flip to a positive instead of a negative. 2. A lot of new hires that may not have the tenure or experience; but that will grow with time.
