      Pros

      The professional department is full of talented team members. Anyone with 5 years at the company is an expert with the software. Response time for company support is ASAP.

      Cons

      The task required on the job is too broad to learn during training. The expectation is for you to be a lone wolf and script but if you ask anyone will be willing to help. This is not a 40 hour a week job, you are expected to work longer but there is no overtime.

      Very friendly work environment and great coworkers. Management cares very much about developing its people. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Can be hard to negotiate for a higher salary. Workload can get heavy at time.
