Pros

For my position they allow me to work remotely on Fridays. The company offers small perks that caught my attention such as bagels, snacks, drinks, and ping pong.

Cons

There is a big learning curve, it is very hard at first but once you get past it the job is fair.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Potential to become a good company. New management (2019) might make it happen but this remains to be seen.

Cons

Company is struggling with an identity crisis. Wants to be a software company but does not have the expertise or strategy to do so. Stuck in the 90s / consulting model.

Pros

There are some incredibly smart people working there and they are all very willing to help and teach.

Cons

Struggles in the industry as a whole have led to struggles at the company. This has put a damper on the company culture.
