Not A Happy Place To Be

Pros

Restrooms are nice; two kitchens.

Cons

Favoritism- They favor Georgia Tech/UGA/Vanderbilt grads. If you’ve graduated elsewhere, don’t be surprised if you’re placed in a role that doesn’t get paid as much, or treated as you’re not good enough—talent doesn’t really matter. PowerPlan expects a you to learn this difficult software in a short space of time and frown on you if you ask for help.

Shaky Grounds

Pros

Great perks, casual attire in the office. Great snacks, and always free food around.

Cons

If you do not know SQL, and you don't have any accounting knowledge you will struggle, and be expected to "figure it out". The company has grown so fast that they do not have a training department that can train new employees. You are often assigned tasks that you are not qualified to perform and then frowned upon because you struggled to perform them as an expert.
