You have to be self motivated as they don't micromanage. The staff absolutely mentors and provides you with help when needed, but you do need have an open mind to tackle whatever projects come your way.

Its a shell company for a government agency so they can pass contracts through for other companies. It has no real capabilities or capacity. Powertrain claims all the past performance to get more contracts. Pay is not good and the owners are very stingy with benefits too.
