      Pros

      Leadership is phenomenal, everyone is very supportive of the work that you do. Fun atmosphere to work, we have staff lunches, employee appreciation, and work well as a team. The building is on the smaller side so it is easier to manage as a director. I enjoy interacting with the patients and the fast-paced atmosphere.

      Cons

      The only con is that it is a short term facility so you're not able to develop a deeper relationship with the patients. But I enjoy getting to know the patients even if its for a short time.

      1. You will have a job.

      Cons

      1. Genesis will not grant your vacation easily or let you cash it in. 2. Genesis is so large you feel like just a number. 3. You cannot get a clear answer regarding CEUs.
