Pros

Work with knowledgeable therapist. Good team work among therapist and nursing staff. That’s about it. Everything else is bad starting from the management.

Cons

They will work you like a dog. Management don’t care. You can have 16-18 patient in one day because they will not hire a PRN for coverage. You better know when you like to take your vacation because you will have to sign up your vacation 3 months ahead of time.

Rehab Optima or ROX as documentation system is thorough and allows for “free text” to give complete and accurate picture of Patient status.

Cons

High productivity expectations. High turn over of managers.
