Pros

None, worked years without a single increase in salary. In fact, within a month of buying out the company I worked for, all the therapists got a decrease in salary.

Cons

Company calls patients "customers". No raises, no 401k contributions, fake performance reviews. Charge patient transportation to and from Therapy as billable. Patients that can walk and transfer with assistance get bedside therapy.

No performance raise for 3 years now, company is always cutting perks and benefits. Only 8 vacation days a year.
