      Flexible hours, multiple locations to pick up additional hours if desired, access to some free tools and CEUs via company website

      Cons

      Does not pay state/national license, does not pay CEUs, pays lower per mile than state, no paid holidays, have been on a “freeze” for any raises for 2 years now, very expensive health insurance, poor 401K plan, lower standards for clinical skills, strict productivity rules with multiple daily non-billable requirements

      Large company with options for transfer. Good variety of free CEUs. PTO. Online notes/ iPad easy to use build feature. More realistic efficiency targets than some (87% for OTR)

      Cons

      Focus on revenue. Push to provide services concurrently/groups to maximize reimbursement not outcomes. staff dispensable a lot of staff turn around. Increase of responsibility and workload without support or added incentive. 1 raise in past 5+ years, due to pay “freeze”. Benefits hard to utilize when you want the time, be prepared to negotiate.
