Great therapy team! Learned a lot as a new grad, made lasting friends and connections .

Cons

The company has decided to push group therapy in order for therapists to see more patients in less time, of course they do not see it in that light. Low morale, inflexible scheduling (have to request off far into the next quarter, potentially 6 months in advance!), NO holiday incentives (NONE, not even Christmas !), and no raises for the last two years.
