Flexibility cannot be beat. I love my co-workers and buildings I have been in

Recently our department has been transitioned to Healthcare Services...the same company that housekeeping is. It's been a HORRIBLE transition. Insurance is significantly higher then before. Also I think dietitians struggle to be seen as clinicians and now transitioning is to a non-clinical company makes it a lot less desirable To work for! Bad move Genesis Also they recently took away personal days and a holiday to save the company money.

The company always seems to be flying off the seat of their pants. Not as stable as they wish they could be
