Pros

There is a lot of teamwork. The hours are very nice. There are no weekends or holidays. Fast paced environment.

Cons

A lot of tasks that you are responsible for. Involves a lot juggling. Schedule must be flexible and may have to work over at times.

Pros

None. They don't care about you at all. They think your their machine. The group gangs up on you and no one cares.

Cons

Poor salary. Favoritism. Poor patient care to the point were I sometimes had to bring in my own supplies to provide care to my residents. Truly broke my heart. The state does a HORRIBLE job at caring for their elders. Makes me sick to think about it.
