The actual job is easy. The union reply actually attempts to do what they can

Cons

They pay is terrible you get no raises the facility is not. Gated on the outside so our cars get broken into and stolen. They won't reimburse you or even attempt to make sure there is a working camera

Definitely will get Overtime if you need it. Some friendly staff. Can't think of anything else that's good bout it.

Cons

-Short Staffed (CNA Wise) -Shortage of linen/Personal care supplies -Filthy -Careless LPN/RN staffed -Sucks -did I mention short staffed? As in 5 Aides for 60+ Residents.
