None. We were bought by Genesis and the awesome team we had all left within the first year of Genesis taking over.

Cons

They aren't supportive or helpful. They are all about making money and the quality of patient care lacks. If you are short on staffing you somehow are suppose to raise your magic wand and fix it yourself. Absolutely no help from management but you are still suppose to answer why certain things weren't covered. So very happy I also decided to leave! They treated the traveling therapists terrible too! Some begged to get out of their contracts!

Long term staff really care about building and residents. Building is clean and free from odors. Good location, easy to get to from Hillsborough and pinellas county

Cons

Administration is degrading to staff, is not accessible, never on the floor to offer guidance, does not relay information to line staff. Company is for profit and has stopped giving raises and took paid holidays away.

2 raises in 6 years (always a freeze) Reserve the right to weather or not they will add to your 401k savings. They've added to it once. Started off with 7 holidays. 5 holidays were taken in exchange for 5 personal days. Than recently took the last 2 holidays in exchange for 2 personal days only to send out an email within 2 weeks letting us know they were taking away 2 vacation days. So we received nothing for the lady last 2 holidays. We are expected to work holidays for straight time while the nurses and CNA'S get time double time and a half. We are considered a branch of genesis healthcare so we are treated differently.
