Your job is to help people. Most of the clinicians are kind people doing the work for the right reasons, until they leave due to corporate policies.

Cons

Driven by profits, not healthcare. Only lip-service attention to employees. No concern from corporate for work-life balance of clinical staff. Never a raise: never. Time off is brutal. Health benefits are atrocious. 401k match is nil, been that way for years, long before Covid. People work there because Genesis owns so many rehabs. That’s the only reason.
